Delivery of goods
You can choose from the 3 ways of delivery below:
1. Product delivery to DPD parcel machines in EU
When placing an order at starsore.eu, please indicate DPD as the delivery method, with your preferred pick-up point.
Please take into account the following:
Service price is starting from 5 EUR (the exact delivery price is calculated automatically, when you place your order and choose the country the item/-s needs to be shipped).
Maximum weight of the product - 30 kg;
Product dimensions - 36 x 64 x 43 cm (width x length x height);
2. Product delivery with a DPD courrier in EU
If you would like to receive the product at your home, please select DPD courier as the delivery method.
Goods weighing more than 30 kg or measuring more than 36 x 64 x 43 cm (width x length x height) are delivered only to the front door of the house (apartment building). In this case, please ensure that you bring the goods home (to your apartment).
Delivery will take place within 5-8 working days after receipt of payment of the invoice.
Cost of delivery:
Courier pickup in EU - starting from 12 EUR (the exact delivery price is calculated automatically, when you place your order and choose the country the item/-s needs to be shipped).
3. Product delivery with a Venipak courier in EU
If you would like to receive the product at your home, please select DPD courier as the delivery method.
Goods weighing more than 30 kg or measuring more than 36 x 64 x 43 cm (width x length x height) are delivered only to the front door of the house (apartment building). In this case, please ensure that you bring the goods home (to your apartment).
Delivery will take place within 5-8 working days after receipt of payment of the invoice.

DELIVERY OF out of stock PRODUCTS
If an item is out of stock, we will be happy to recommend a similar item or order the one you want. Manufacturers have different delivery times, so we will inform you separately when an item is in stock. Please leave your contact phone number and email so that we can contact you, or call us to confirm the delivery time of your chosen item.

WARRANTY
Starsore.eu provides a 2-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Damaged goods must be delivered to our shop at Ganību dambis 2a, Riga, with proof of purchase.
Damage caused by improper installation, use or maintenance is not covered by the warranty. The consumer may claim warranty compensation in accordance with Latvian law.
RETURN POLICY (right of withdrawal)
TERMS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
These Terms on the exercise of the right of withdrawal (the “Terms”) shall apply between:
the Seller – SIA "Omicron", reg. No. 40103272028, legal address: Ganību dambis 2a, Riga, Latvia, LV-1045 and
the Buyer - a consumer (a natural person who has purchased goods for a purpose not related to his/her economic or professional activity), in respect of the Goods (hereinafter - the Goods) purchased on the homepage www.starsore.eu (hereinafter - the Website) operated by the Seller.
The Buyer shall be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the Goods and return the Goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the terms set out below:
1. Withdrawal Form:
1.1 Before the expiry of the right of withdrawal, the Buyer shall notify the Seller of its decision to withdraw from the Goods by submitting to the Seller a completed withdrawal form or a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal:
- on paper sent to the address: Ganību dambis 2a, Riga, Latvia, LV-1045, or
- electronically via email: info@starsore.eu.
1.2 The period is observed if the Buyer sends the withdrawal form or the notice for exercising the right of withdrawal to the Seller before the expiry of the right of withdrawal. The Buyer shall be liable to prove that the withdrawal form was sent within the time limit set.
2. Return period:
The Buyer shall return the Goods to the Seller or hand them over to the Seller without undue delay, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days after having sent the Seller the withdrawal form or notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
3. Ways to return the goods:
- via parcel machine, address: Pulkveža Brieža iela 33, Riga, LV-1045 (Rimi Hyper P.Brieža)
- by submitting in person at the shop starsore.eu, Ganibu dambis 2a, Riga, LV-1045
4. The Buyer covers the direct costs of returning the Goods.
5. Requirements for the Goods to be returned:
5.1 The Goods to be returned must be in the same condition as when they were received.
5.2.The Goods and their packaging must be undamaged, without loss of appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn, except for packaging films without which it is impossible to open and start (switch on) the Goods, etc.) and unused.
5.3.The Product shall be returned in its original packaging as it was received, along with the purchase document, as well as the instructions for use and other accessories of the Product. A set of Products consisting of several Products must be returned in its entirety, i.e. all Products included in the packaging.
6. Liability of the Buyer
The Buyer shall be liable for the decrease in the value of the Product if the Product has been used for purposes other than determining the nature, properties and functionality of the Product. If the Goods show signs of wear and tear, the Seller shall calculate the damage caused to the Goods and deduct the amount of such damage from the amount to be returned to the Buyer, informing the Buyer thereof.
7. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised if:
- the Product is damaged.
8. Refund:
8.1.The Seller shall, without undue delay, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of information about the Buyer’s decision to withdraw from the Contract, refund to the Buyer the amount paid by the Buyer for the Goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The Seller shall reimburse the said amount by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the Buyer from which payment for the Goods was made.
8.2.The Seller shall be entitled to withhold reimbursement of the amount paid by the Buyer until the Seller has received the Goods from the Buyer at Ganību dambis 2a, Riga, Latvia, LV-1045.

10. Validity and amendment of the Terms:
10.1. The Terms apply to all Goods purchased on the Website.
10.2. The Seller shall be entitled to unilaterally amend the Terms without prior notice to the Buyer. The new wording of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the moment the Seller has published them on the Website.
10.3. The Buyer is obliged to read the current wording of the Terms and Conditions before purchasing the Goods. Use of the Website and purchase of Goods on the Website constitutes acceptance of the current wording of the Terms and Conditions.
10.4. The laws and regulations of the Seller’s country of registration shall apply to matters not covered by the Terms and Conditions.
